Does Aliah accept my insurance?

What does home care include?
Aliah offers aide and household support, nursing, medical social and nutritional services, occupational, physical, respiratory and speech therapy, and audiology. Our programs and additional services include NHTD, TBI, pediatrics, Behavioral Health, OPWDD and dementia care. Light housekeeping and laundry are available as part of household support. Is home care the same as a nursing home?
No. Home care brings support to a person’s own home; a nursing home is a residential facility. Aliah is a home care agency. If you are unsure what level of support is appropriate, discuss the person’s needs with their health care professional and contact our team about care at home. Does Medicare pay for home care?
Medicare may cover eligible, homebound patients who need part-time or intermittent skilled care ordered by a health care provider and delivered by a Medicare-certified agency. It does not cover 24-hour home care or personal care alone when that is the only help needed. Read Medicare’s home health coverage rules and check with your plan.
